To process your exchange-program application we collect your name, university email, contact details, academic information (faculty, study level, GPA, language level), and the documents you upload (CV, transcripts, motivation letter, etc.).

How we use it

Your data is used solely to assess eligibility, schedule interviews, and let the selection committee evaluate your application. Uploaded documents are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised administrators and committee members assigned to your program.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given at registration, and the University's legitimate interest in administering exchange programs.

Your rights

• Access & portability: download all your data anytime from your profile page.
• Erasure: delete your account and associated data from your profile page.
• Rectification: update your information in your profile at any time.

Retention

Application data is retained for the duration of the selection cycle and archived thereafter in line with University policy. You may request earlier deletion.
