Incoming Student Application
For nominated incoming students to apply for their mobility at BTU.
Applications are by invitation only
This form can only be completed through a personal invitation link. If your home institution has nominated you, you will receive the link by email. For any questions, contact international@btu.edu.ge.
Welcome to Business and Technology University.
This application is intended for students who have been officially nominated by one of BTU's partner institutions for an exchange mobility.
Please complete all sections of the application and upload the required supporting documents. The information you provide will be used to review your application, support academic approval, and prepare your mobility at BTU.
Before you begin, please have the following ready:
- Passport copy
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Proof of Enrolment
- Official Transcript of Records
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Motivation Letter
- Language Certificate (if applicable)
- Learning Agreement
- Health Insurance Certificate
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the BTU Development and International Relations Office in cooperation with the relevant academic unit. You will be notified of the application outcome and receive further guidance regarding your mobility at BTU.
