Incoming Staff - Partner University Nominations

For partner-university coordinators to nominate an incoming staff member.

Nominations are by invitation only

This nomination form is opened for partner universities through a personal invitation link. Please use the link provided to your institution, or contact international@btu.edu.ge.

Welcome to the BTU Incoming Mobility Nomination Portal.

This form is intended for partner universities wishing to nominate academic or administrative staff members for teaching or training mobility at Business and Technology University (BTU).

Please provide accurate information about the nominated staff member, the proposed mobility activity and upload the required supporting documents to facilitate the review process.

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

Staff member's professional information
Proposed teaching or training mobility details
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Draft Mobility Agreement
Additional supporting documents (if applicable)

Once submitted, the nomination will be reviewed by the BTU Development and International Relations Office. The nominated staff member will receive an invitation to complete the online mobility application and further instructions regarding their mobility at BTU.
