Incoming Staff Application

For nominated incoming staff to apply for their mobility at BTU.

Applications are by invitation only

This form can only be completed through a personal invitation link. If your home institution has nominated you, you will receive the link by email. For any questions, contact international@btu.edu.ge.

Welcome to Business and Technology University.

This application is intended for academic and administrative staff members who have been officially nominated by one of BTU's partner institutions for teaching or training mobility.

Please complete all sections of the application and upload the required supporting documents. The information you provide will be used to review your application, coordinate your mobility programme and prepare your visit to BTU.

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

Passport copy
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Mobility Agreement
Proof of Employment
Motivation Statement
Language Certificate (optional)

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the BTU Development and International Relations Office in cooperation with the relevant host department. You will be informed of the outcome and any further steps required to prepare for your mobility.
